Ambassador Zhang Yesui Attended the Opening of the 2010 US Foreign Policy Colloquium Hosted by the National Committee on US-China Relations

On June 2, Ambassador Zhang Yesui attended the opening of the 2010 US Foreign Policy Colloquium held by the National Committee on US-China Relations, and delivered welcoming remarks.

The US Foreign Policy Colloquium is held by the National Committee on US-China Relations. It opens to Chinese post-graduate students in US universities and aims at promoting their understanding and knowledge of US foreign policy and China-US relations. This year's colloquium will be held from June 2-5. Major programs include seminars, study tour and discussion with scholars. At the opening session, Strobe Talbott, President of the Brookings Institution, delivered the key note speech. J. Stapleton Roy, former US Ambassador to China, Michael E. Brown, Dean of the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University, Muhtar Kent, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Coca-Cola Company, Yancy Molnar, vice president of international government affairs for ACE also addressed the opening session.
