BEIJING, April 24 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan on Tuesday met with Dan Akerson, chairman and CEO of General Motors Co. (GM).

The two sides exchanged views on GM's operations in China and economic cooperation between China and the United States, according to a news release after the meeting.
