Minister Counselor Zhang Min Attends NCSL Summit

From August 7 to 10 of 2016, Minister Counselor Zhang Min attended the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Summit held in Chicago. During the meeitng, Minister Counselor Zhang met with NCSL President and Utah Senator Curtis Bramble, NCSL President-Elect and Iowa Senator Mike Granstol, NCSL Executive Director Bill Pound and exchanged views with them on strengthening NCSL’s exchanges and cooperation with China. Minister Counselor Zhang encouraged NCSL to organize more delegations of state legislators to visit China, so as to enhance mutual trust and understanding and further promote China-US subnational exchange and cooperation.
