Counselor Zhou Jingxing Speaking at U.S. Foreign Service Institute

Mr. Zhou Jingxing, Counselor of the Political Section of the Chinese Embassy in the United States, was invited to speak at the U.S. Foreign Service Institute (FSI) on November 3, 2011. He briefed his audience on the newly published white paper on China’s peaceful development, its foreign policy and China-U.S. relations, and answered questions on China-U.S. business ties and other issues.

Mr. David Kornbluth, former U.S. consul-general in Shenyang, presided over the discussion. FSI enrollees from the State Department, the Pentagon and other U.S. government agencies attended the event.
