By actively involving himself in China's environmental and animal protection causes, he witnessed the huge amount of resources invested as well as the fruitful results achieved by the country. Blake said that his career and life experience in China shaped who he is now, and he hopes to help promote mutual understanding between the Chinese and American people, which he believes is needed the most now.
