On September 15, 2011, Assistant Foreign Minister Zhang Kunsheng had a collective meeting with and hosted a banquet for the Argentine ambassador to China Gustavo Martino and the chargés d'affaires ad interim of the Peruvian Embassy in China and the Ecuador Embassy in China. He introduced to the guests his participation in the fifth Foreign Ministers' Meeting of the Forum for East Asia-Latin America Cooperation and visit to Argentina, Peru and Ecuador and shared opinions on China's bilateral relations with the three countries and on other regional and international issues of common concern.
