Chinese President Hu Jintao had phone conversation with US President George W. Bush on Nov.8.

    During the talks, the two heads of state pledged to further promote bilateral ties and expressed the hope to meet again in the upcoming 12th economic leaders' meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).
