Diplomats of the Chinese Embassy Meeting Afghan professionals of China-U.S. Joint Training Programs

On September 19, 2018, Afghan delegates of China-U.S Joint Training Programs for Agricultural Production and Veterinary Sciences visited the Chinese Embassy in the United States. Counselor Zhang Yan, Counselor Zhu Jun and First Secretary Du Ping welcomed the delegates and gave an update on China-U.S. relations, Chinese neighborhood diplomacy and China-Afghanistan relations respectively. They also answered questions raised by the audience.

The guests found the discussion very helpful and inspiring, adding a new perspective for their understanding of China's diplomacy, China-Afghanistan relations and China-U.S relations. After the discussion, the guests toured the chancery building and enjoyed some artworks of the Embassy.
