The 49th OAS General Assembly was held in Medellin, Colombia, from June 26 to 28, 2019, under the theme of “Innovating to Strengthen Hemispheric Multilateralism”. As Permanent Observer, China attended the assembly and the dialogue between heads of delegations of OAS Member States and Permanent Observers.
