Mr. Zhu Haiquan, Minister Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in the United States, welcomed a group of teachers and students from Syracuse University to the Embassy on November 21, 2019. Mr. Zhu briefed his audience on China’s foreign policy and China-U.S. relations and communicated with the students on issues of interest.
