On March 3, 2020, invited by the United States Heartland China Association(USHCA), Counselor Xu Min and Counselor Pan Jiang, held round-table discussions with Mayor Gallagher from Bettendorf, IA, Mayor Kabat from La Crosse, WI, Mayor Flags from Vicksburg, MS and Mr. Knecht, representative of Mayor from Memphis, TN. The two sides exchanged views on China-US sub-national cooperation and related projects.
