On June 9, 2021, Minister Counselor Yu Yue, Alternate Observer of China to the Organization of American States (OAS), addressed the Fifth Special Meeting of the Permanent Council of the OAS dedicated to the Permanent Observers on such topics as China’s efforts to andvance international cooperation in combating the pandemic and promote global economic governance upholding the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind. Representitives from member states and permanent observers of the OAS attended the video conference.
